For nearly a decade, Advance has been the exclusive document solutions provider for the Baltimore Ravens front office operations. From game-day technical support with a service technician standing by in the Pressbox, to equipping and servicing the organization’s front office fleets throughout the year in Baltimore, Owings Mills and Westminster. OFFICIAL DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS PROVIDER FOR MARYLAND ATHLETICS
As we continue to expand our services into Montgomery County, Advance is proud to support one of Maryland’s finest athletic programs, the Maryland Terrapins, as their official document solutions provider. The partnership spans all of University of Maryland Athletics with a primary focus on its football and basketball programs. Terps fans will see Advance’s logo on field-level signs in Byrd Stadium for home football and lacrosse games, on the courtside display in Comcast Center for men’s and women’s basketball games, and on the press conference backdrop for home basketball games and other select Maryland Athletics events.
MARYLAND STATE BAR ASSOCIATION
The Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) is a Voluntary, non-profit membership organization comprised of more than 20,000 attorneys and judges. Advance is proud to be a supporter of the MSBA, offering increased benefits and discounts to the members. As a contributor to the organization's monthly eNewsletter and a webinar presenter, Advance enjoys providing educational content as well as secure hardware and software solutions to those in the legal community.
ASSOCIATION OF LEGAL ADMINISTRATORS
Since 1972, the Maryland Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators has been providing education on legal management, technology, collaboration, and networking for its 80+ members. Comprising of legal professionals from some of the state’s top law firms and large insurance, banking, investment, and real estate corporations, Advance is proud to assist the ALA with some of their annual events, such as their Operation Homefront Flapjacks Breakfast, monthly meetings, seminars and roundtables.
MARYLAND NONPROFITS
For many nonprofit organizations, office equipment plays an integral role in the daily communications with their members and those they serve. As an advocate for Maryland NonProfits, Advance is committed to meeting the needs of these growing and changing organizations and offers an exclusive equipment buying program for copiers, fax machines, duplicators, laser printers, folding equipment, booklet makers and paper shredders. Designed specifically for Maryland NonProfits, Advance provides easy equipment upgrades, emergency service loaners, and special funding-out arrangements in circumstances when funding has been discontinued.
THE LYRIC
The Patricia and Arthur Model Performing Arts Center at The Lyric showcases the hottest performing acts, live music, concerts, plays and shows in Baltimore. Advance proudly supports The Lyric by sponsoring several performances throughout the calendar year.

The Maryland Chamber of Commerce is Maryland’s leading statewide business advocacy organization. Advance is proud to play an active role with the Chamber including involvement in the Marketing committee.
NATIONAL AQUARIUM, BALTIMORE
The National Aquarium in Baltimore is a staple of the Inner Harbor. Its awe-inspiring exhibits have delighted visitors of all ages for decades, building a sense of community and belonging to students and families who visit. Advance and the Aquarium partnered in 2011 and have been enjoying the plans being made for the growing partnership.
THE MARYLAND ZOO
Advance has been a longtime supporter of the third oldest zoo in the US, the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, and has contributed to the creation and upkeep of a number of exhibits over the years, most recently the Polar Bear Watch and Petting Zoo. The Zoo’s marvelous collection of animals, extensive exhibits, and dedicated staff offer opportunities for people to learn about biodiversity and nature. The Zoo’s animal collection encompasses more than 1,500 birds, mammals, amphibians and reptiles and represents nearly 200 species in a variety of habitats. As an amazing asset that offers quality educational experiences about wildlife and the environment, the Maryland Zoo promotes conservation, and provides exceptional family experiences in a unique setting.
