How do I place a service call?
Locate the Equipment ID Tag on your machine. It will look like this:
You can place your request in three different ways:
Call our Customer Solutions Center and speak directly to one of
our representatives - 410-628-0490
Call our Customer Solutions Center and leave a message on our state-of-the-art
automated system - 410-628-0490
Send our Solutions Center a facsimile (When placing a request via
fax, please be sure to give the Equipment ID number, your name,
the nature of your service request, and a telephone number where
you can be reached) - 410-628-7035
How do I know my call has been placed?
Whether you place your call directly with a Rep, use the automated
system, or send a fax, you will receive a confirmation number.
If you use the automated system, your individual message can be
forwarded directly to the technician. Requests placed through our
automated system are monitored continuously throughout the day,
and transferred to our computer tracking system.
Once your request for service has been accepted into our computer
tracking system, it will be paged directly to the technician assigned.
How can I check on my service call?
To inquire about the current status of your service call, ask one
of our representatives about our CARE program.
What happens when I place a service call?
If you have left an oral request, your individual message can be
forwarded directly to the technician. This allows the technician
to hear - in your own words - what the nature of your service request
is. The requests left through our automated system are monitored
continuously throughout the day, and transferred to our computer
tracking system. Once your request for service has been accepted
into our computer tracking system, your service request will be
paged directly to the technician assigned to the specific equipment
involved.
What happens if I need service during off-hours or holidays?
Call our Customer Service Hotline at 410-628-0490. Leave a short
message describing the trouble you are having along with the machine's
ID number. A supervisor will return your call, usually within two
hours.
