How do I place a supply order?
You can place your supply order by calling 410-628-0490. One of our Customer Support Reps will take your order.

Or, you can fax your order to 410-667-4400. (When placing a request via fax, please be sure to give the Equipment ID number, your name, the item(s) you wish to order, and a telephone number where you can be reached.)

When can I place an order for supplies?
You can call the Customer Solutions line 24 hours a day. A representative will answer this line during our normal business hours (8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.), or your order can be placed during non-business hours by following the voicemail prompts.

What happens when I place a supply order?
When your order is received by Advance, it is entered into our computer system, where we are immediately able to check stock levels and current pricing. Shipping is done no later than one (1) business day after receiving the order for stocked items.

What should I do if I don't receive my shipment when expected?
You can call our Customer Solutions Center, 410-628-0490, and one of our representatives will trace your delivery using our state-of-the-art tracking system. We should be able to respond with a delivery date, delivery time, and signature of the person receiving the shipment.

If a problem has occurred with the delivery, a duplicate shipment can be arranged as needed.
