Automated System
Please call 410-667-9114 to report your meter to our automated
system. Follow the prompts to report the meter using your touch
tone phone, and your meter will be automatically entered into our
system.
E-Mail
Please call 410-252-4800, ask to speak to a contract billing specialist,
and we will give you a personal e-mail address to send your meter
to monthly. We can also e-mail you a reminder to report your meter
each month.
Fax
Please fax your meter to us at 410-683-6691. Your meter will be
entered into the system by a contract specialist. Please include
the equipment ID # on the fax, and your phone number and contact
name.
Call-in
Please call 410-252-4800, ask to speak to a contract billing specialist,
and someone will personally assist you in reporting your meter.
